·         Piracy – an unauthorized reproduction of any copyrighted item.

·         Malware – software intended to damage a computer.

·         Cookies – a message or segment of data, containing information about a user, sent by a Web browser and sent back to the server each time the browser requests a Web page

Federal Trade Commission – The duties of the Federal Trade Commission are to promote fair competition through the enforcement of certain anti-trust laws. Copy right and CC fall into this category because they try to protect you from getting your copyrighted anything from being copied or stolen.
